This audit aims to explore routine practices in relation to record keeping and partner notification. Anecdotal evidence suggests that there are some variations in practice among those delivering sexual health services. It would be useful to know how all practitioners manage this information at present. Findings from this audit will be used to review existing guidance. We would appreciate your co-operation in completing the following questionnaire. We would ask that all practitioners in your area complete this questionnaire as there may be differing practice between disciplines.
