- To manage the membership and recruitment of SSHA.
- To present a regular update of the membership at council meetings.
- To advise council on the membership.
- To liaise with MSF headquarters regarding the membership.
- To process applications for membership via regional representative and council.
- To be a national officer of SSHA.
