Please find attached for your information the recently revised version of the AfC handbook dated 25th January 2010 -

NHS terms and conditions of service handbook

In particular I draw your attention to Annex A 2 which now incorporates the FAQs into the handbook.  Please ensure that you use this new edition of the handbook for reference to terms and conditions.

I also attach a recent pay letter, dated 25th January 2010, which refers to the amended handbook.
